“Most of us spend the majority of our lives working, so few things are as important in our lives as the workplace. It is only when justice is achieved in the workplace – for the worker, for the retiree, and for those dependent upon the workers and retirees – that we can begin to realize a just and equitable society. It is the role of the labor lawyer to preserve and expand justice in the workplace in every arena possible and with every available tool. Only then can we ensure that workers at every level and in every industry receive the rights, dignity and respect that is their due.”
