“There is nothing radical about demanding that working people make a decent living, work in a safe environment, and enjoy a reasonable degree of job security. While the strategies for ensuring these basic necessities may change with the times, advances can only be achieved and sustained by recognizing the essential principle providing the motive force of the labor movement: solidarity. As an attorney for unions and working people I understand that principle and look to support it in everything I do professionally.”
