“In law school I developed a passionate interest in two areas of the law: employee benefits law and immigration law. At Cary Kane I am fortunate to be able to practice in both areas. While most of my time is spent on behalf of multiemployer pension and welfare plans I also have successfully represented claimants pursuing their rights before the U.S. Department of Justice when their documents showing they were legally authorized to work were not accepted by an employer.”
