Biography:
Andrew Katz is an associate at Cary Kane LLP, where he represents individual employees, labor unions, and trustees of employee benefit plans. He is licensed to practice law in New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Katz served as law clerk to the Honorable Lois Bloom, United States Magistrate Judge, and the Honorable Roslynn R. Mauskopf, United States District Judge, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Mr. Katz graduated cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2007. While in law school, he was selected to join the Mock Trial Team and represented clients through his school’s Health Law Clinic. He also served as a federal judicial extern to the Honorable Warren W. Eginton, Senior United States District Judge, United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. Mr. Katz received his undergraduate degree from Emory University in 2004, where he majored in Economics and Psychology.
He is a member of the New York City Bar Association and the Federal Bar Council.
