We will represent individuals and groups of employees when the employer has violated the minimum wage or overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act or other federal or state employment laws.
Our attorneys will represent individual employees or retirees when their employer’s benefit plan has improperly denied retirement or medical benefits.
Before any representation commences the fee structure will be discussed, agreed upon and set forth in an engagement letter. There is a charge for an office consultation with an attorney. We see potential clients by appointment only.
