Cary Kane is counsel, co-counsel or collection counsel to jointly administered labor-management pension, welfare, annuity and legal services plans. Our employee benefits law attorneys collectively have 50 years of experience representing and advising trustees and administrators of Taft-Hartley employee benefit plans, whether serving as in-house counsel or at a firm. We were named “ERISA Law Firm of the Year” for 2011 by Finance Monthly Magazine.

We have experience with both the IRS and DOL aspects of ERISA fund administration in the private sector. We also have experience with Directive 12 and other regulatory requirements of fund administration in New York City public sector union affiliated plans.
