Cary Kane’s employee benefits attorneys have experience:

  • dealing with money managers, investment advisors and other plan consultants
  • litigating complex ERISA issues or claims involving allegations of breach of fiduciary duty or wrongful denial of benefits

  • advising union staff plans
  • collecting delinquent contributions and dealing with withdrawal and mass withdrawal liability

We are available to represent individual trustees or benefit plans for particular matters on a case-by-case basis. We are also available to represent benefit plans as either collection counsel or regular counsel, or both.
