We also will advise and represent employees who have been sexually harassed.

We will represent groups of employees when the employer has violated the minimum wage or overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act or other federal or state employment laws.

Our attorneys will represent benefit plan participants, whether as individuals or in groups, when their employer’s benefit plan has improperly denied retirement or medical benefits.
