Cary Kane’s employment law attorneys collectively have over 20 years of experience representing individuals in a wide variety of matters.

Our attorneys will review or negotiate employment contracts and severance agreements on behalf of executives and arbitrate or litigate breach of contract claims.

We will advise and represent individuals with discrimination or sexual harassment claims against their employer. We will represent individuals and groups of employees when the employer has violated the minimum wage or overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act or other federal or state employment laws.

Our attorneys will represent individual employees or retirees when their employer’s benefit plan has improperly denied retirement or medical benefits.

Before any representation commences the fee structure will be discussed, agreed upon and set forth in an engagement letter. There is a charge for an office consultation with an attorney. We see potential clients by appointment only.

Cary Kane does not handle worker’s compensation insurance matters, social security disability matters, malpractice actions or suits against unions or union affiliated benefit plans. We do not handle criminal matters. We do not represent corporations or other types of employers against employees.
